Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for subscription of membership at EK EHSAS.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with our membership We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any membership that You opt-in with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to EK EHSAS, 3 Varta Bhawan, Behind 3 Link House, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi, India 110002.

  • Membership refer to the Membership offered for EK EHSAS.

  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Membership from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website and other conditions mentioned at our Membership Page & Terms & Conditions Page

  • Website refers to EK EHSAS, accessible from https://www.ekehsas.com

  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days with proper reason and justification addressed to the President of the Club.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You the payment has been received for the Membership.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 45 days from the day on which We receive the written application for cancellation of Membership. We will use Only Bank Transfers as the mode of payment for refund and You will incur any fees for such reimbursement, if charged by the banks/payment gateway.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Membership to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Membership were purchased in the last 14 days
  • Application for cancellation within 14 days from the date of Payment for Membership

The following Membership cannot be returned:

    • The supply of Corporate & Lifetime Membership are not suitable to be returned, or where the date of expiry(14 Days) is over.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any Membership that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Membership may be refunded. Unfortunately, Membership on renewal cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
